These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and aob366 (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the aob366 website, mobile application, or related services, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the aob366 platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, place bets, or use any service on the aob366 platform. aob366 strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds returned to the depositing source (minus any bonus amounts or winnings derived from bonus play).
aob366 is designed to serve players residing in Indonesia. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia and that you are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of aob366 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia. You may not use the aob366 Service if you are legally prohibited from gambling, if you have been self-excluded from gambling activities, or if your account has been previously closed or suspended by aob366 for breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one aob366 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. aob366 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses earned through duplicate accounts.
To register an account on aob366, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. aob366 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (KYC verification) at any time to confirm the accuracy of your registration details.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aob366 account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify aob366 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
aob366 operates a strict KYC policy in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. As part of the verification process, you may be required to submit government-issued identification (KTP – Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
aob366 will immediately terminate any account found to be registered using false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Accounts registered by individuals under 21 years of age, accounts linked to fraudulent payment methods, accounts created to abuse bonuses, and accounts associated with match-fixing or other illegal gambling activities will be permanently closed without notice.
aob366 accepts deposits via a wide range of Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as well as e-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). aob366 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts with completed KYC documentation enjoy higher deposit limits. Specific limits are displayed in your account deposit interface.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your aob366 account balance within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 2 hours. aob366 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees which are the Player's sole responsibility.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered in the Player's name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source. aob366 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership and source of funds documentation for any deposit, particularly deposits exceeding Rp 10.000.000.
Withdrawals are available to all Players whose accounts have been fully verified (KYC completed). You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited under aob366's AML policy.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account verification level: Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 20.000.000 per day; Verified accounts up to Rp 50.000.000 per day; VIP accounts up to Rp 100.000.000 per day. Higher limits may be available upon request for high-volume players.
aob366 aims to process all withdrawal requests within standard processing windows as outlined in our platform documentation. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within these windows. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed on a similar schedule. Processing times may be extended for large withdrawals exceeding Rp 25.000.000, for accounts requiring additional KYC verification, or during periods of high transaction volume.
aob366 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees, which are deducted by the financial institution and are beyond aob366's control.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least 1× (one time) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a deposit of Rp 500.000 must generate at least Rp 500.000 in total bet turnover (win or lose) before the funds can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to all deposits, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed.
aob366 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated at the time of the offer. Players must opt-in to receive bonuses and must meet all specified conditions to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a rollover or playthrough requirement) which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Typical wagering requirements range from 10× to 30× depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement must generate Rp 2.000.000 in total bet turnover before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
aob366 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits (arbitrage); low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; and any other activity that aob366 deems contrary to the spirit of fair bonus use.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds (minus any bets placed with the bonus) will be available for withdrawal.
All bets placed on the aob366 platform are subject to acceptance by aob366. aob366 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the stake amount on any bet at its sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet receipt is issued, the bet cannot be canceled or modified by the Player.
aob366 uses dynamic odds pricing across all sports betting markets. Odds are subject to change in real time based on market conditions, particularly for live in-play betting. The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent odds movement.
All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority, game provider, or lottery administrator. aob366 uses official statistics from recognized data providers (e.g., Betradar, Sportradar, IMG Arena) for sports betting settlement. In the event of a dispute, aob366's settlement decision is final.
aob366 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: bets placed on events with incorrect odds due to obvious pricing errors; bets placed after the start time of an event (for pre-match markets); bets affected by technical errors or system malfunctions; bets placed on suspended markets; and bets involving participants who withdraw, are disqualified, or do not start. Voided bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake refunded).
aob366 imposes maximum payout limits on certain bet types and markets. The maximum payout for a single bet or accumulator bet varies by sport and market type. Specific limits are available upon request from customer support. These limits are designed to manage platform risk and are subject to change without prior notice.

We may suspend access for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or to implement security updates. aob366 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions.
In the event of a technical error that affects bet settlement, game results, or account balances, aob366 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances retroactively. aob366's liability for technical errors is limited to the refund of affected stakes.
aob366 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, internet service provider failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aob366's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their aob366 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content on the aob366 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and game content, is the property of aob366 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the aob366 platform without express written permission.
Your use of the aob366 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
aob366 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account.
You may close your aob366 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (minus any active bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
aob366 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or violated any applicable law. In the event of termination for cause, aob366 may forfeit any funds or winnings in your account.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be deemed inactive. aob366 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 on inactive accounts with a positive balance. Inactive accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aob366 is licensed and operates. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the aob366 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal arbitration or litigation as permitted under applicable law.
